Trouble Ticket Form
If you are having trouble accessing your course after you log in, please note the following:
- To gain access to your online course your password MUST be at least 8 characters and include at least one capital letter and one number.
If your password does not meet those requirements you will be able to log in but WILL NOT be able to access your course when you click on it.
To update your password, log in, click Edit Account on the left, and then change your password.
